‘MANDYA TO MUMBAI’ READY

The Kannada film ‘Mandya to Mumbai’ (It was ‘Anekere Bidi’ – remake of ‘Renugunta’ in the beginning) is getting to appear on silver screen in a short while from now. It has taken over two years to get final shape. The climax fight has caused blood oozing out for most of the participants. However, producer Jyothirlingam and Prakash are happy with final shape of the film.

The crux of the film is about the youths committing mistake in ‘Aanegunte’ escape to Mumbai. Rakesh Adiga takes the lead of this film. Amrutha is female lead. Naveen Krishna and Sanjana are in important role. Petrol Prasanna, Achyuthkumar, Layendra, Tipatti Ganeshan, Sadhu Kokila, Chandan Vijay, Chingraj, Rajashekhar are also in the cast.

Sudeep has lent commentary and also sung for Deola….song. Madhuri is in item song. Charan Raj has scored music for four songs.

Vardik Joseph has done sixty percent of shooting and it was finished by Rajasekhar one of the actors of the film.

In Mandya, Mumbai, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Tumakuru, Bengaluru shoot was held. The film has got U/A certificate from regional censor board.
